又來介紹怡保美食啊。

 

布先民眾 Ipoh Pusing Public Seafood Restaurant

這間中菜館是怡保人比較受歡迎的一間,食物都不錯,味道似香港七、八十年代的街坊酒家,但可選擇的菜式不是太多。

這間是高級印度菜,多是白印度及皇室成員用餐之地,所以食物質素很高,味道很地道,環境舒服,值得一試。

馬來西亞榴槤 (Malaysia Durian)

說起馬來西亞榴槤,相信很多人也第一時間說貓山皇,其次是D24;其實在馬來西亞境內卻有很多品種,作者不在這裏逐一說,實在太多了,而每年也有新品種面世的。

When we are talking about malaysia durian, many people will say Mushang King or D24, however, there’re many different types of durian in Malaysia, and it will have new type of durian every year, so I don’t want to talk each individually here.

 

馬來西亞榴槤與泰國榴槤很不同,馬來西亞榴櫣由於是樹上成熟後,自動跌下,農夫才拾起來,所以味道濃厚,偏甜而帶酒香。而泰國榴櫣卻是在未熟之前,人手在樹上採摘下來後,放了好一段時間待成熟後才推出市面,因此味道偏淡,沒有太多香味吧。
