麵包機篇 - 果醬 (BREAD MAKING – Jam)

之前也說過,小編時常利用麵包機做果醬,所以就先分享做果醬的方式吧。

小編所住的離島,大部份也是老店,老人家現在有不少已有生活穩定,所以他們開門做生意已是生活寄托而已,好像麵包店,一個月裏大概只開半個月,有時甚至只開一星期;之前小編開餐廳時,就不會理會它是否開門,因為會有定期供應;但自關閉後,除了超市,就可以說是沒有選擇,所以決定自己做了。
